Our Products
Sandalwood
Sourced from the Islands of the Pacific, this sweet scented fine-grained tree is an evergreen from the class of Genus Santalum trees. The wood is heavy, yellow and it’s fragrance remains for decades. The wood and oil produces a distinctive scent that is highly valued making it one of the most expensive wood in the world.
Fish
Fish sourced from the pristine waters of the Pacific Islands not only have a distinctive saltier taste they are havested far from areas polluted by chemicals. This is one of our goals to bring you the taste of our islands fresh and pollutant free. Tuna from Western Samoa and New Caledonia, reef fish from Papua New Guinea and Fiji, right to your door step. Fish from the islands are freshly frozen and rushed to you for your enjoyment and nourishment.
Lobster
Long bodies with muscular tails they live in crevices and burrows on the sea floor. Lobsters belong to the family of marine crustaceans making it an exotic and highly prized commodity. Enjoyed fresh, pickled or salted it is now a delicacy throughout the globe.
Crabs
Scylla serrata or better known as Mud Crabs are found in mangroves and estuaries with their colors varying from black, dark brown, deep molten green to bluish purple. In Fiji and the Pacific they are an important domestic fishery, harvested largely by women for food and a source of household income. One of our goals is to source wild mud crabs from local harvesters sustainably and to also generate income for the coastal families of the pacific.
